CELLULASE “ONOZUKA”R-10 is cellulase preparation derived from trichoderma viride,and is applied for laboratory uses.
CELLULASE “ONOZUKA”R-10 contains very high activity of decom-posing natural cellulose.
ACTIVITY
CELLULASE “ONOZUKA”R-10 contains 10,000 units per gram of filter paper decomposing activity measured under the conditions as specified in the modifiedToyama’s assay method,which is available upon request.
