仪器简介
IngenyPhorU是荷兰Ingeny公司基于其专利U形隔离装置专门为DNA突变分析设计的DGGE垂直电泳仪,是进行DNA突变分析的最佳工具。IngenyPhorU系统用来进行DGGE十分方便,这种技术能检测到近100%的突变。IngenyPhorU同样也适用于其他垂直电泳技术,如CDGE(持续变性凝胶电泳),SSCP(单链构造多形态分析),HA(异源双链核酸分析)和PTT(蛋白切断实验)等。温度是DGGE实验的关键因素,IngenyPhorU使用17L大容量缓冲液,精确控制温度变化保持在0.1°C内。通过另购外置式冷却器,能将标配的RT+5~70°C扩展至0~70°C,适应有低温需求的实验。
