Specificity: Recognizes human VP1 of EV71 virus,M.W. ~30 kDa.

ELISA: 0.5~2μg/ml. Detection sensitivity 0.8ng/ml. Recommend to be used as capturing antibody for sandwich immunoassay.

Immunoblot Analysis: 0.1~2μg/ml.

Immunocytochemistry: 2~10μg/ml.

Formulation: 0.2mg of mouse monoclonal IgG  in 0.2ml of 0.01M Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 0.15M NaCl, 0.02%sodiumazide. Protein was determined by OD₂₈₀ absorbance.

Storage: Store the product at -20℃. Product is stable for about 6 weeks at 2-8℃ as an undiluted liquid. Prepare working dilution fresh each day. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
